Responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for a broad portfolio of international and / or large Irish domestic clients

• Provision of tax consulting advice to some of the world’s largest multi-national groups

• Advising clients on large and complex cross border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, group restructurings, IP alignment planning, transfer pricing etc

• Assisting clients in developing international tax strategies and keeping up to date on tax developments

• Working closely with Partners and other team members in providing advice to clients on a wide range of international tax advisory projects

• Project management of Irish and cross border planning projects

• Researching and reviewing tax technical memorandum and reports

• Liaising with Irish Revenue and foreign tax authorities on behalf of clients.

• Opportunities to work with other service lines including across assurance, strategy, consulting, and transactions.

• Supervising and mentoring a large team across numerous levels
