Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define systems scope andobjectivesfor complex projects and foster communication between business stakeholders and technology

  • Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions

  • Supportsystem change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based onanalysisof information·

  • Consult with business clients to understand and assess system functional specifications to meet organizational goals

  • Identifyand communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment

  • Act as advisor or coach to new or lower-levelanalystsand work as a team to achieve businessobjectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned

  • Appropriately assess risk,demonstratingconsideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, itsclientsand assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws,rulesand regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgmentregardingpersonal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating,managingand reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience

  • Extensive experience working in Waterfall and AgileScrumprojects.

  • Scrum Certification preferred.

  • Subject Matterexpertisewith JIRAand Confluence a big plus

  • Experience in dataanalysiswith intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Proveninterpersonal, dataanalysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills

  • Consistentlydemonstrateclear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships

  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail

  • Problem Solver: Ability to solve complex issues and have a high ability to remove barriers, understanding internal and external organizational structures,dynamicsand trade-off.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work with remote teams and remote management

  • Some project management experience would be an advantage
