What you’ll do:

Duration: 6 Months
Schedule: 40 HR/week
The candidate will be expected to quickly learn and perform a number of staffing support activities that are critical to successfully and quickly placing revenue-generating consultants on sites at our customers. These include, but are not limited to:
ensure staffing lists are completed for each consultant so that they can record their time on business support activities in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure purchase requests for Third Party Consultants are submitted accurately to ensure timely generation of services revenue for SAP.
Assist with background checks, where needed.
Assist in the search for consultants outside North America, where needed.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The candidate will be interacting with our business users every day, and a clear, objective and professional communication style is critical to success in this role.
Competency with quickly learning many, very detailed business processes that must be followed accurately, and quickly is a key skill.
Organization and the ability to multitask and handle many open activities throughout the day is another key skill to succeeding in this role.
We are a part of the Global Resource Management Organization comprised of approximately 125 resourcing/staffing professionals. Several of our job responsibilities involve coordinating with these colleagues in the other regions.
