We are currently looking for a Saudi National Sales Operations Associate to be based in our Riyadh office. As the Sales Operations Associate, you will support pursuit and bid leadership within the Energy & Power sector across the Middle East.
In joining Jacobs you will:
- Support sales processes and close-out procedures to comply with requirements for SOX and ISO certification, as required. Particularly in relation to governance and recording of Go/No-Go decisions and Green Reviews.
- Conduct client, competitor and market research as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development, working in core sales systems including Client Success Platform (CSP).
- Develop an understanding of our Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) methodology during Middle Game and End Game.
- Assist in applying best practice RBS process to pursuits/bids & proposals you are requested to support.
- Develop and maintain qualification materials including project descriptions, experience matrices/overviews, safety and quality statistics, capability statements. Work with Operations to capture and develop performance proofs and client testimonials.
- Share sales materials, information, knowledge, and best practices with other Sales Operations team members company wide.
- Ensure that all sales documents comply with our Corporate Identity Program and client confidentiality requirements.
- Support Sales Operations Managers, Market Directors, Sales Leads and Operations in key Opening Game activities, e.g. client, competitor & market research, development of Core Client Strategies in Client Success Platform (CSP).
- Analyze client requests & develop response plan (B&P budget, response team, compliance check-list, writing plan, response outline, schedule).
Here's what you'll need
- A degree or professional qualification in engineering or business administration or finance.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, working with bids and proposals.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, qualitative, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with government officials for registrations and excellent stakeholder management skills with clients.
- Excellent KSA market knowledge and having energy & power understanding would be added advantage.
- Strong research & analysis ability supplemented with excellent report writing capabilities.
- Effective communication including presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels professionally.
