As an Equity Middle Office - Program Change Vice President in EMEA Equities Middle Office team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our IA (Intelligent Automation) strategies to support our Front Office partners throughout the Equities Trade Lifecycle.

You will also drive innovation, scalability to improve future business outcomes/growth in parallel to managing the successful migration of back office/trade support services to our chosen outsourced vendor as well as manage the strategic operational transformation agenda leveraging and working alongside the Technology & Global Middle Office Teams to focus on risk reduction, automation and building operating models for growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Champions AI (Artificial Intelligence) and leverages firm wide tools to identify and deliver risk reduction opportunities creating efficiencies across the Equities trade lifecycle
  • Manages the implementation and delivery of Market and Internal systemic change by partnering with technology and key Front Office business stakeholders
  • Manages implementing business and operational programs of work to deliver scalable operating models for future business growth
  • Utilizes Skills of the Future to identify and deliver best in class and consistent global operating models
  • Participates in DEI events and Event delivery
  • Manages the smooth transition of Equity related Back Office services to outsourced Vendor
  • Deputizes when required for Head of Equities Middle Office

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Proven success in leading a transformational change agenda and leveraging IA tools
  • Senior experience in a similar Middle Office or Front Office support role
  • Be the central coordinator for time sensitive complex issues, leading stakeholder communications and delivering successful outcomes
  • Ability to partner, influence and drive global operations teams, to deliver alignment of best practices
  • Excellent analytical, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to drive a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk identification and assessment
