Description
In this highly visible role, your primary responsibilities will include- Supporting custom EM/IR solutions which scale with accuracy and capacity challenges- You will have shared relationships with various design groups (Physical-design and integration, Circuit-design / Power / Technology) on their EM/IR requirements for various post layout flows
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in transistor level EMIR ( Electromigration or IR-Drop ) analysis.
- Knowledge in custom design environment and transistor level spice simulation
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Perl, C/C++
- Minimum requirement of BS and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing EM and IR related flows and automation for better accuracy and higher performance
- Knowledge in EMIR analysis tools and on their working principles and methods.
- Familiar with custom design environment and flows, such as schematic/layout design, simulation, extraction, and physical verification.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively root-cause and communicate technical challenges for methodology advancement
