Responsibilities
· Achieve or Exceed KPI's.
· Establish best practices and efficient processes.
· Track and log all sales activity in our CRM (Salesforce).
· Learn and explain technical products and concepts.
· Participate in ongoing weekly team meetings and sales training to continue to enhance and maintain your product knowledge.
· Focus on outbound outreach is the key but will also be handling inbound leads.
· Research and qualify prospects leveraging channels such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Calls, and Emails.
· Cold outreach to new prospects by creatively personalizing messaging.
· Investigate customer needs and challenges and then execute appropriate handoff to Account Executives.
· Identify and share prospect trends with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams.
Requirements· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Ideally 1-2 years in a business development, lead generation role (phone-based).
· Experience in SaaS / Enterprise SW / Cyber Security companies a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Any other languages are a considerable plus.
· Efficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.
