Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in technical support service delivery or vendor management.
6 years of experience in leading technical support teams, operations, strategy, and change management.
Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in engaging with senior vendor account leaders, multi-vendor operations management for scaled operations, and vendor relationship management.
Experience working in an operational or sourcing capacity within software engineering services.
Understanding of service contracts, statements of work for outsourced operations.
Knowledge of Google Cloud or other Cloud platforms.
Ability to influence and engage with cross functional teams.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally to multiple teams across all levels.
