In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. - Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
- Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
- Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
- Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
- Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

On your typical engagement, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights on SAP capabilities in manufacturing and quality management. You will lead requirement gathering, solution design, blueprinting, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing business area.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
- A proven track record of leading teams to delivery project deliverable within critical deadlines.
- Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Consulting experience with a focus on leading project teams.
- SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules.
- Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) Live.
- Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of SAP PP and/or QM in S/4 HANA.
- Experience with newmanufacturingofferings in SAP S/4 HANA, such as DigitalManufacturing Cloud (DMC) and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
