Key Responsibilities
Develop and represent a point of view on channel priorities,program competitiveness/attractivenessto regional partners and on opportunities to support regional commercialobjectivesthrough improvements in program structure and execution
Own thedelivery of the Channel Partner Programto the region/country channel partners
Ensure regional channel partner footprint isaligned to strategic plan and AOP objectives, including vertical and geographic coverage,andpropose changesifneeded to ensure alignment
competitive program analysisin partnership with regional commercial teamsand suggestplusimplement regional program improvements to continuepositioning HON as the preferred partner
strategies tosupport channel growthKPIs, including growth in Marketing Development Funds (MDF) usage and ROI, partner engagement and retention metrics and rebate program design,i
channel insights for the region/countries
Drive annualpartner tier alignment and program launchesfor the region
Implement initiatives toimproveadoption and usage of digital program tools, such as the partner portal, positioning and reinforcing it as a value-added program benefit
compliance and legal requirementsof the channel program, ensuring deployment and renewal of program agreements, channel contracts, partner due diligence and vetting
Drive adoption ofchannel-facing marketing processes, such as the MDF and promotions submission/review
Represent channel at customer-facing functions, including channel partner summits and other events
Partner with channel excellence and regional commercial teams to ensure partner POS and inventory data reporting

Key skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Demonstrated long-termexperience in marketing, sales, commercialoperationsor excellence
Experience andstrongtrack-recordin driving
interestto generate commercial growth in complex business environments and large matrix organizations,with the abilityto influence executive leaders and build consensusacrossvarious functional groups
Very goodleadership skills and experience in managing,coachingand motivating high performing teams
Critical & multi-level thinking (from strategic to tactical)
proficiencyin English, withadditionalproficiency in another European language
