As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing business requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring successful implementation of changes. Your responsibilities will include typical business analysis tasks such as gathering and documenting requirements, conducting thorough testing and collaborating with various stakeholders to align on the necessary changes. In addition, growing in this role will enable you to learn in depth certain securities services and understand their operating cycle in international organization.
What you’ll do
Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders.
Develop detailed process documentation, including workflows, processes mapping, use cases and functional specifications.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with IT, development teams and vendors to translate business need into technical requirements.
Conduct UAT testing to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users for implemented changes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
Assist in creation project plans and timelines.
Manage clients’ and other stakeholders’ ad hoc queries and requirements.
What we’ll need from you
3-5 years of proven, relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Middle Office environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of business process optimization and change management principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
