Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Cognitive & Automation developer you will join a with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop innovative software applications that leverage IBM Automation products to streamline and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Design and develop software applications using IBM Automation technologies to automate tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate cognitive and automation solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
• Test and debug applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Document application design, development processes, and system specifications.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Demonstrated programming proficiency and experience with 1 of the following Java, Javascript C++ C#) , as well in web technologies like HTML, CSS and systems design/development, and information technology course work.
• Exposure to web services, API and multiple Java application frameworks.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Basic understanding of Business Process Management concepts and methodologies
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution.
• Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology based Consulting environment, using agile development techniques.
• Languages: Greek (native) / English.
• No pending military obligations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Create quality mockups and prototypes.
• Help maintain and improve code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Communicate with stakeholders on technical issues.
• Design and code servers, services, applications and databases that are reusable, scalable and meet critical architecture goals.
• Have flexibility to work across architecture – building both front end and backend .
