Key requirements
· To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets for region, being responsible for completing scheduled and unscheduled Field Service.
· Performing service & repairs to Honeywell and other manufacturers fixed and portable products.
· Complete all service orders through the customer database system.
· Service, commissioning and installation of field equipment.
· Responsible for diagnosing and analyzing causes of product failures and making recommendations for improvement.
· Have direct interaction with customers to build relationships, establish communication and promote HGAS products and services
· Provide all Honeywell internal customers and sales engineers with technical information and support.
· Actively participate in Honeywell Operating Systems assisting with Business/Departmental goals while meeting personal goals.
· Actively participate in out of hours on call program.
· Assess and evaluate installation work in conjunction with sales team
Key skills and qualifications
· Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
· 2 years field service/customer facing role (essential)
· Experience in Oil & Gas, Hi Tech, electronic or instrumentation industry, as a plus
· Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
· Electrical installation skills and knowledge of gas detection, as a plus
· Able to work on own initiate and work well within a team
· Excellent customer relation skills and strong organizational abilities.
· Self-motivated and Results driven
· Fluent in Italian and at least with a basic level of English
