Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies to identify process inefficiencies.

  • Lead process optimization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

  • Design ergonomic and efficient workplaces aligned with safety and operational standards.

  • Implement and sustain LEAN production methods , including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.

  • Support Kanban and Just-In-Time (JIT) production systems for optimal material flow.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sequencing and capacity planning .

  • Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for production planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

What You bring

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing .

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals .

  • Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques .

  • Proven success in LEAN manufacturing , workplace design, and process improvement.

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with Kanban , JIT , and capacity planning tools.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
