Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the digital marketing/advertising industries
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience working in sales and pitching to clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client and agency engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and promotions.
Experience managing partnerships.
Experience working in a fluid and collaborative environment.
Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
Ability to own a portfolio in a business context, and consistently achieve goals to drive growth.
