• Stakeholder Management : The goal is to foster collaboration across departments, maintain alignment with strategic priorities, and ensure that all parties remain motivated and focused on the common goal, despite potential challenges or competing interests.
• Project Management : Taking full ownership of planning, executing, and delivering multiple complex projects that significantly influence the long-term success and growth of the mobility business across India and South Asia.

What the Candidate Will Do

• 6+ years of experience leading a team - preferably encompassing both strategy and operations functions.
• Critical Thinkingto assess and unlock new business opportunities, anticipate business trends, think deeply while not losing sight of the bigger picture, and bring a data-driven decision-making mentality.
• High tolerance for ambiguitywith a natural reflex for reducing a complex business problem into well-structured tangible components.
• Pareto thinking to balance strong attention to detail with swift execution - Balancing these can be challenging, and this should be a strength!
