What you will be doing:
Assemble electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical systems: switches, HCA cards, interconnect cables, racks, sub-racks, PCB elements, mockups, etc.
Fluid colling systems assembly & maintenance.
Self-Production of simple / mockup parts using 3D printers, machining & hand tools.
Support & debug products, Leading production at sub-contractors’ sites, Local & abroad.
Support the mechanical & HW designers & Other teams.
Lead internally small-scale assembly & fixes.
Preparation of assembly drawings, BOM & Work instructions.
Simple jigs & fixtures design.
What we need to see:
Practical Engineering degree or similar experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience.
Confirmed experience with Electro-mechanical assembly’s & PCB’s.
Excellent working skills - handyman, experience with machining tools, 3D printers & lifting equipment, knowledge with manufacturing process, raw materials, working safety demands.
Knowledge of optical fiber handling and inspection, familiarity with optical test equipment (lasers, power meters, etc.).
Good English skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in writing work instructions, presentations, and using office tools such as Word and Excel.
Working experience with 3D design Cad, Creo preferred.
Ability to lead multiple tasks, projects, and co-workers, while maintaining order and organization.
Self-motivated with a sharp learning curve, strong communication skills, teammate - able to work independently and as a member of a team and high Service orientation.
Ability to travel abroad & driving license.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
PCB (electrical boards) Electromechanical components replace knowledge & experience.
Agile or other product management systems.
Experience with 19” Racks & equipment.
Background in developing & maintenance of liquid cooled systems.
