Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to day maintenance of the office space and associated equipment. In this role you will be also coordinating administration projects, processes, policies and procedures. Additionally, maintains a safe and effective working environment.
As a part of WES team you will be:
• Assisting the WES Team manager in providing insights to the business
• Developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and supervising the operations of facility maintenance and keeping the facility running efficiently
• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and visions
• Overseeing and supervising subordinate employees
• Managing vendors including facility ones
• Responsible for project management in administration and facility areas
• Event management and coordination of the corporate meetings and visits
• Cooperating closely with other departments
• Demonstrating strong customer services skills and building effective working relationships
• Fixed asset management (incl. company mobile phones)
Skills and attributes for success
• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
• 3-5 years of experience in facility and administration management
• Company’s car fleet management will be also an advantage
• Good presentation, leadership, problem – solving, analytical and listening skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Innovative thinking and open for change management opportunities
• Pro-active, detail-oriented and a creative mindset will be also an advantage
• Very good spoken and written English
• Ability to set priorities and good time management
