Conducts data entry, data downloads and data maintenance utilizing SAP/Legacy and data analysis software.
Builds and maintains data bases for ongoing operations analysis.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly Operations reports/metrics including forecast accuracy, short shelf life, service level, L.F.R, backorder, consignment, lead time and EE&O.
Analyzes Operations performance and diagnoses key improvement opportunities (i.e. forecast accuracy, short shelf life, service level, backorder, lead time, E&EO).
Coordinates consignment inventory controls and reporting.
Supports sales requirements through the facilitation and control of the consignment process.
Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 6 years of experience in a supply chain analyst role or a similar position.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, and BI tools such as Excel, and Power BI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues, including those specific to consignment inventory management.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
