What you'll do:

• You will be working in the Development Support team for SAP HANA, which is part of SAP HANA Development.
• As a technical expert, you will conduct in-depth technical analysis of issues in SAP HANA and SAP HANA Cloud, identify viable solutions and immediate workarounds.
• You will drive and shape communication with all involved parties while dealing with high-priority issues and critical situations involving customers and internal stakeholders.
• You are expected to take ownership of shaping and improving support, especially in the context of SAP HANA Cloud, and to guide team colleagues.

What you bring:

- Very Good knowledge of Database Management Systems, SQL and database architectures

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Good LINUX skills

- Advanced knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Python/Shell-Scripting, C/C++/C#, ABAP, Java

- Familiarity with principles and mindset in a cloud environment

- Verbal and written working proficiency in English and German

WORK EXPERIENCE

3 or more years of professional experience on a customer facing position paired with a strong expertise in software development and programming.
