- Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical project management
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- 1 year of experience in developing automation solutions/tools using contemporary technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), or consulting background in the IT space.
- Experience in managing multiple global stakeholders, and collaborating globally/cross functionally with vendor, compliance, business, operations, and product teams.
- Experience in value consulting, proposal development and execution with technology products or outsourced services organizations.
- Experience in creating case studies of transformation projects and presenting in various forums including executive management.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to focus and manage complex transformation projects.
