Job Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the MMF clearing platform and associated off-balance sheet liquidity products with a client-first mindset
- Lead the design and execution of product enhancements to support scale, automation, and operational resilience
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure product structures align with regulatory and internal control frameworks
- Define product strategy and roadmap across multiple geographies and business lines
- Partner with Service and Sales to define and develop product positioning, client collateral, and training
- Drive development and delivery of data, reporting, and analytics tools for internal stakeholders and external clients
- Manage product governance forums, documenting decisions and delivering executive level updates
- Lead cross-functional project teams from idea to implementation including onboarding flows, system enhancements, and client migrations
- Develop and maintain product KPIs, dashboards, and MIS tools to measure performance and inform strategy
- Ensure scalability of platforms by defining product and operational processes and leading control improvements
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related functions within financial services
- Deep understanding of institutional money market funds, liquidity management, and sweep and client-directed trading solutions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
- Experience working in or with broker-dealers and clearing organizations preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of regulatory considerations and financial market infrastructure
- Ability to write high-quality business documents, governance materials, and product specifications
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels
- Ability to manage complex issues independently while escalating when needed
- FINRA Series 99 (or willingness to obtain within first 6 months)
