What we'll be looking for:

• Previous experience within Application Support based role

• Experience supporting applications hosted within Unix environment

• Database SQL knowledge

• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.

• Statistical and analytical mind set with proactive ingenuity and creativity

Key Responsibilities include:

• The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is responsible to partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.

• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex, high impact application enhancements and problem resolution.

• Performs other duties and functions as assigned

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
