This job will lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models and algorithms. You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Your role involves driving best practices in data science, ensuring data quality, and mentoring junior scientists.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models.

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Data driven mindset with a degree in any quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionablerecommendations
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlikview; experience with a statistical programming language like R or Python preferred
• Domain expertise in the area of Payments or other consumer financial products, Product Analytics, Experimentation (A/B testing)
• Prior work experience inProduct/Business/Riskanalytics space would be highly valued
•Experience/Knowledgeof statistical data mining would be a plus
