As the leader of Customer Advisory, you will focus on the following key areas:
Clear Solution
Develops future-ready architectures and scopes bills of materials and usage estimates of the solution with clear mapping of solution capabilities to value that is understood by the customer.
Ensures a solution fit to the customer’s requirements and delivers SAP’s unique differentiation to answer the question “Why SAP?” and lead to selection of SAP as the provider of choice for their program.
What you bring:
Regional or multi-market sales, presales or consulting leadership experience, ideally across Asia Pacific & Japan
Proven track record of driving highly disciplined sales and customer success processes with strong financial outcomes
Managed business development, presales and sales functions
Accomplished senior leader with gravitas and a successful track record in driving transformation across strategic and consultative sales processes
Visionary and trusted advisor in customer engagement
Very strong communications and presentation skills
Outstanding influencing and collaborative skills. Proven ability to work in a complex stakeholder environment and networked organisation at regional and global levels
