We are seeking a self-driven Business Intelligence Engineer with strong analytical, visualization and communication skills to join our team. You will be working closely with other BIE and data scientists on the team to gather requirements for data infrastructure, tools, and processes. You often provide scientists with curated datasets, ensuring data quality and relevance. You will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, proving and disproving hypothesis, automating solutions and building self-service dashboards and reports. In addition, you will help data scientists communicate science modeling approach and results to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and visualizations. You consistently employ high judgment and makes data-driven decisions, leading by example and influencing the team to do the same.Key job responsibilities
- Establish and drive data hygiene best practices to ensure coherence and integrity of data feeding into production ML/AI solutions

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
