In this role, you will:
Oversee full design process from establishing requirements, defining features, and developing deliverables rooted in user-centered design and feasibility
Design easy-to-use, intuitive user experiences and interfaces for a variety of projects and applications with consideration to end-user platforms/browsers
Support product discovery efforts (i.e., develop client journey maps, engage in client interviews, conduct user research, etc.)
Work with products & clients to understand business requirements and processes in relation to contextual user behavior for superior design proposals.
Deliver high-quality design solutions under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders and user feedback
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Industrial or Product Design
A minimum of 2 years experience supporting financial services product content
3 years experience in tools such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud apps, Sketch, Keynote, InVision, Figma and other prototyping software
Ability to develop and validate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes
Experience communicating and interacting with clients
Experience developing client journey maps, personas and conducting user research / studies
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills a plus
