In this role, you will:

• Oversee full design process from establishing requirements, defining features, and developing deliverables rooted in user-centered design and feasibility

• Design easy-to-use, intuitive user experiences and interfaces for a variety of projects and applications with consideration to end-user platforms/browsers

• Support product discovery efforts (i.e., develop client journey maps, engage in client interviews, conduct user research, etc.)

• Work with products & clients to understand business requirements and processes in relation to contextual user behavior for superior design proposals.

• Deliver high-quality design solutions under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders and user feedback

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Industrial or Product Design

• A minimum of 2 years experience supporting financial services product content

• 3 years experience in tools such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud apps, Sketch, Keynote, InVision, Figma and other prototyping software

• Ability to develop and validate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes

• Experience communicating and interacting with clients

• Experience developing client journey maps, personas and conducting user research / studies

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills a plus
