You will have the opportunity to establish new strategic initiatives with key customers/partners, define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for GenAI and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. This involves activities include market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts, creating content to train the field teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners and potential acquisitions.You will drive the development and execution of the GTM plan with strategic GenAI partners for building and scaling GenAI solutions cutting across several AWS services and solutions. You will work across GenAI BD & Solution Architect (SA) teams to interact with customers to understand their business problems, and work with partners and AWS SAs to define and implement scalable GenAI solutions to solve them. You will conduct external/internal evangelism, and develop and publish thought leadership assets such as blogs and case studies.Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage your deep domain expertise in AI/ML or GenAI to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.

• 7+ years of relevant GTM, Outbound PM, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 5+ years of AI/ML/Gen AI
• BA/BS degree in technical discipline required
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. ·
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams, as well as internal and external executive stakeholders. ·
• Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives (e.g. CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO) and Line of Business Leaders.
• Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
• Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing, implementing, managing, and executing go-to-market growth initiatives and sales motions.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
• MBA/MS or equivalent relevant GenAI business experience.
• Hands-on working knowledge of GenAI foundation models, developing solutions based on these models, and experience working on ML algorithms and infrastructure.
• 7+ years of pre-sales engineering, technical business development, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience
