5+ years of Business Analytics or Data Science experience.
Strong data analysis skills to conduct deep dives by applying statistics and machine learning to generate clear actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex analyses in a clearly to executive leadership and technical audience.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with advertisers to design A/B tests to demonstrate effectiveness of Apple Ads, collaborate with sales leadership to optimize ads inventory yield, and collaborate with product leadership to solve challenging product problems.
Comfortable with a variety of data stores such as Hadoop, and Snowflake, familiar with distributed analytics engines such as Spark/PySpark.
Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and a keen eye for design.
Strong programming ability in Python, and experience with Pandas, SciPy, and Scikit-learn.
Develop reusable models and data products working closely with Data Engineering team to ensure scalability of models and products in production.
7+ years of Business Analytics or Data Science leadership experience.
Experience and knowledge of ad tech, digital and mobile advertising experience is a big plus.
Familiarity with job orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
