Key Responsibilities:Architecture and Strategy
- Design and implement a scalable, secure, and efficient hybrid Google Workspace + M365 architecture.Program Delivery:
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of the hybrid deployment program, including planning, execution, change management, and rollout strategies.
- Serve as technical lead and escalation point for design decisions, project risks, and delivery issues.Cross-Platform Integration
- Develop and manage strategies for coexistence, directory sync, single sign-on (SSO), identity management, and data retention between platforms.
- Ensure smooth integration of shared services such as calendaring, messaging, and file sharing.Governance & Security
- Define and enforce governance models for licensing, user provisioning, compliance, and data residency.
- Partner with IT Security and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) across both platforms.Stakeholder Management & Communication- Develop documentation, training material, and change adoption strategies tailored to different user personas.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's network and security infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Architect and integrate networks across multiple business units and diverse cloud environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and scalability.
  • Champion the use of Infrastructure as Code processes to automate and maintain infrastructure consistency, scalability, and up-to-date configurations.
  • Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of F5 Local Traffic Managers (LTMs) and Advanced Security Modules (ASMs) to ensure seamless application delivery and security.
  • Create and implement strategies for integrating cloud Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), interconnects, and direct connects, ensuring efficient and secure data flow between on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the network’s scalability and resilience, ensuring it can handle growing business demands and traffic loads.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure network designs meet cross-functional requirements and adhere to best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 3 years in a lead architect or platform ownership role focused on M365, Google Workspace, or both.
  • Demonstrated experience leading hybrid collaboration deployments in organizations of 10,000+ users.
  • Deep expertise in core M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Meet).
  • Strong knowledge of identity federation technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Google Cloud Identity, SAML, SCIM).
  • Proficient in governance and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with third-party integration tools (e.g., CloudM, BitTitan, Okta, BetterCloud).
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Google Certified Professional – Workspace Administrator.
  • Exposure to M&A IT integration or multi-domain coexistence strategies.
