The individual will be instrumental in the operational administration of technical learning, while maintaining the standards of learning governance. The Learning co-ordinator / Management Information System (MIS) executive will leverage data analytics and automation tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identify learning needs, and support the development of innovative learning solutions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to enable timely training registrations with SuccessFactors
    • Prepare training registration templates and other learning forms for upload on SuccessFactors
    • Assign/Amend e-learnings to target audience via SuccessFactors
    • Close learning request tickets in a timely manner
    • Follow up with stake holders to get any missing information for learning templates
    • Prepare reports based on SuccessFactors (daily, monthly and ad-hoc) as required
  • Develop and work with detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and adjusts as necessary to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure all learning documentation is maintained accurately and is accessible to relevant team members and stakeholders.
  • Collect data to capture key learning metrics from various sources such as Learning Management System (LMS), surveys, and performance records.
  • Utilize automation tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into learning trends, completion rates, and learner feedback.
  • Collaborate with data analytics experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training data.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with global exposure; with a 2-year minimum experience in Data analytics
