As a Product Strategy and Solutions Director within the Global Banking Digital, Data, and Product team, you will be responsible for promoting strategic initiatives and planning to enable scale and leverage of resources and capabilities. As a part of the Product Transformation Team, you will spearhead change management to the respective product and technology teams. Your role will require a strong background in digital product management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Job responsibilities
- Provide recommendations on end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, resource management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, product performance reporting, and functional coordination
- Own the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and support for product initiatives
- Maintain a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Provide solutions to complex problems
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related role within the digital space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to examine, improve and execute the organization's existing processes and procedures for program execution
- Methodical and extremely organized
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
