Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement strategy and core objectives for the team in line with the global operations roadmap
• Work with global teams in planning and completion of migrations
• Be the SME; handle complex Process related queries and clarifications from the Team members
• Communicate effectively within the team, market and business partners
• Critical in providing input, development and management of projects in the team on client service, system enhancements, end to end process reviews
• Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately
• Comply with audit and compliance regulations and be the focal point for internal and external audits
• Manage process escalations from internal/external customers
• Ensure timely escalation to Senior management, as appropriate
• Comply with Policies, Guidelines and Controls

Skill sets

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree with 8-10 years of experience
• Deal setup, Loan servicing or Documentation related experience is desirable
• Excellent understanding of regulatory framework, treasury and Capital markets functions
• Good understanding of Loan life cycle and Credit agreement construct
• Ability to deal with large data sets, analyze data and recommend solutions
• Proficient in preparing dashboards and providing insights
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Must have ability to handle high pressure environment and multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Flexibility to work in any shift timings
