Required Qualific ations:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in management of cross-group, cross-disciplinary software development.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies as well as Experience leading engineering teams and shown ability to coordinate large scale programs.

• Building strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on goals and priorities.
• Appropriate level status reports and dashboards which include reporting to various levels of leadership on progress, gaps, and where/when help is needed.
• Identify where there are clear technical and competitive blockers and path forward to address the blockers.
• Correlate escalations to ensure correct prioritization as well as establish expectations.
• Lead semester planning coordination across teams based on prioritization.
• Communicate with customers about what is possible and, where appropriate, the roadmap to success for the customer.
