This is a Hybrid position located in Plano, TX. Relocation to Plano, TX is required if you're not located in the Dallas, TX area.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be asked to handle a variety of responsibilities, including:

Collaboration & Connection

• Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs - then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences

• Participating in translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience

• Championing design-centered approaches grounded in product research and analysis, and always representing the perspective of content strategy and voice of the customer

• Working with partners and teams across various geographies

• Embracing and advocating for an experience mindset - this is as important to the work as the results

Discovery & Delivery

• Conducting research to understand customer needs and define what information is needed throughout the user experience through usability and empathy studies

• Framing problems, defining insights, and designing new methodologies/practices to serve customer needs

• Deeply understanding the product and or process and being able to translate that into consumer-friendly language and solutions

• Shaping the customer strategy and project strategy for how best to go about solving the problem while bringing others along

• Creating new product experiences for native app, web, email, text, push and letters, as well as guiding others in the process

• Ensuring all content is clear, easy to understand, written in natural language and in our brand voice

• Iterating on personality range in our brand voice and striving for simplicity, ease and high comprehension

• Adhering to compliance requirements using natural language and content standards

• Facilitating and participating in workshops with internal and external stakeholders to align with business needs

• Collaborating with other other designers to design with and develop products, contribute to our internal design system, content strategy community of practice, best practices, and guidelines

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in product-oriented content creation, editorial, or information architecture disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content creation for cross channel experiences

• Comfortable working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomes

• Familiarity with working in an established design system
