Director of Customer

We are seekingthe Global Customer Experience (GCX) StrategyInnovation Team. The individualresponsible forsupporting thedevelopment of the GCXnnovation and strategy plansstrategicplans,and influencingend-to-end customer experiences.

This rolereport tothe Senior Director forStrategy, Innovation andBusiness performance,closely withleadership teamsupporting them withthe processand structure neededstrategyfor GCX.The successful candidate will be key in supporting theleadership teamdriving the strategy formulationstayabreast of emerging changeneedsand surfacconsiderations to the leadership team.They will also bringattention to detail in developing business plans and roadmaps for the

What you will accomplish

  • Establish and aligninnovation andstrategicdirection,ensuringoversight across allGCXinitiatives.

  • eguidance on globalinnovation andstrategy design principles to ensure consistency and consolidationacross GCX.

  • Be akeysource of innovationand critical thinking,actingas abusiness partnerchampionfor innovation and strategy. Partner withGCX leadership team,Operations Leaders, Technology & Shared Service leaders.

  • Partner with the GCX leadership teams in translating innovation and strategy into actionable plans.

  • Support and influence leaders with prioritizations and resourcing toimplementinnovation and strategic plans.

  • Conduct external research on consumer, people, technology, and innovation trendsrelevant to GCX.

  • tegrateever-evolving customerinsights,employee needs, industry trends, and overarching eBay companyobjectivesinto the GCX strategy.

  • Establish clear business requirements and success metrics for innovation and critical initiatives.

  • Lead the Strategy & Innovation team through persistent collaboration, while cultivating a positive and inclusive environment aligned with GCX's purpose and goals.
