Program Management Specialist- HCA Support (Remote- US)


Your role:

  • Program Management:
    • Work with business units to understand commercial offerings, IDN strategies and long term implementation needs.
    • Prepare documented end to end program management plans beginning at post-sale all the way through confirmed complete clinical adoption to include customer facing documents.
    • Develop customer-facing materials based on customer intelligence, engaging with customers, and learning from existing ongoing funnel opportunities.
    • Schedule and lead internal and external project calls to ensure adequate progress and full implementation of the Philips Solution
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant implementation information for modeling purposes.
    • Develop relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), internal and external that will be critical to the success of the implementation. Also responsible for obtaining written agreement of said KPIs.
    • Advise and Influence customer teams on how to best realize the economic and clinical value proposition of their Philips Solution through implementation and productive use.
    • Keeps abreast of market, competition, technical, application and societal developments in sales/business development portfolio, showing understanding of the Philips position and business interests.
  • Customer-Facing Engagement:
    • Lead the post sales stages of the opportunity by providing comprehensive project/program implementation/adoption plans with a focus on customer needs and defined solution.
    • Present solution and map against customer requirements with understanding of both Philips and customer capabilities.
    • Create visually compelling and comprehensive project plans for external stakeholders.
    • Lead virtual and onsite program meetings to supervise progress both internally and externally.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree with a Project Management Certification desirable.
  • Experience working at or with HCA require
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology in creating and establishing new business models and value propositions, in respective domain.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills..
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant project management tools.
  • Willing and able to Travel – approximately 50%
