department needs reinforcement and is looking for a motivated, flexible person for the payroll area as a senior consultant (part-time position; returnees are welcome).
Your key responsibilities
- Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration
- Keep payroll accounting and/or are responsible for payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities and social security partners
- Support our near-shore and off-shore teams to complete monthly payroll tasks
- Provide support in the acquisition of new clients and networking at the location
- Work on exciting internal and external projects from day one and gain in-depth insight into a wide range of industries and corporate divisions
Skills and attributes for success
- A recognized diploma/certificate in payroll, social security specialist or social security expert
- An excellent level of English; German/French is considered as an asset
- A strong analytical mind and the ability to combine method and rigor
- A first significant experience in in-wage processing
- A sound knowledge and experience in MS Office, ABACUS and/or SAP is considered as a plus
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a confident demeanor
