Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in telecommunications at carrier scale working with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3 routers, and data services.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with 5 years in a support, or operations engineering leadership role.
Experience successfully implementing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and scale.
Deep understanding of networking technologies, including IP/MPLS, optical transport, data center networking, and wireless technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire geographically dispersed teams, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
