Skills and attributes for success
- Provide support in talent acquisition and retention;
- Provide support in end-to-end recruitment in alignment with business objectives;
- Provide administrative support to the talent team in the employee life cycle from onboarding
- to exit;
- Assist in learning and development activities and manage HRDC refund;
- Support the team in maintaining and updating HR databases and manage employee files;
- Support the team in employee engagement activities and Leave Management;
- Provide HR reports and maintain accurate HR records;
- Support the HR colleagues on daily HR operations, as needed;
- Any other cognate duties
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A university degree in HR management or any related field;
- Prior internship experience would be an advantage;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
- Accuracy, attentiveness, sense of duty, ownership and responsibility;
- Understanding of high-quality requirements and standards of the international environment;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…) would be an
advantage
