Description
As and Engineering Project Manager , responsibilities include managing mid to large sized projects in Finance involving all project phases lifecycle activities from scoping to deployment. Be part of a larger landscape modernization program to migrate from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HanaOther responsibilities include: Work with the business users to define scope and gather business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs, perform necessary SAP configurations, write detail specifications for development of custom programs, test and implement the automated solutions Deliver high-quality SAP solutions within a dynamic environment and within challenging timelines Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities Explore and learn new technologies/frameworks
Key Qualifications
- SAP Project Manager with extensive experience in managing mid to large sized SAP projects
- 7+ years including multiple SAP FICO full life cycle implementations experience
- Finance Domain expert with consistent track record in crafting and deploying cross functional solutions
- Extensive understanding of Procure to Pay processes, direct taxes and developing technical specifications in order to implement end-to-end solutions
- Experience in S4 HANA Finance, Vendor to Business Partner (BP) migration and strong understanding of S/4 HANA Finance concepts
- Proven track record of successfully delivering finance projects on time, working with various internal & external teams and managing scope
- Experience in directly managing a global and diverse team onshore and offshore
- Ability to drive the project forward with a sense of urgency
- Strong written communication and presentation skills for business proposals and management level presentations
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, in addition to the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and drive consensus with key constituents
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive issue resolution across teams
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sensitive to established schedules and scopes
- Possess excellent collaborative and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrate flexibility to work with multi-regional teams across different time zones
- Brownfield migration experience from SAP ECC to S4 HANA is a plus
- SAP FICA experience is preferred
Education & Experience
BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
