Description
- Drive a management system to support forecast, orderbook insights and demand planning.- Undertake meaningful qualitative feedback on performance and velocity.- Challenge, influence and negotiate with operational stakeholders across the organization.- Manage the validation & publication of a weekly shipment plans
Minimum Qualifications
- Innovative and strategic approach to reporting.
- Extraordinary data analytical skills, including the ability to model, interpret and present data in a way to zero in on what is most impactful.
- Attention to detail without becoming lost in the details.
- Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - able to present complex analytics to an executive audience.
- A fast learner who can quickly apply and adapt knowledge in varying fast paced situations
- Proven record of working cross-functionally with a variety of partners including sales, finance and supply chain teams.
- A propensity to unlock the potential of every relationship, through getting to know people, soliciting input and feedback from a wide variety of people.
- Self starter mind-set, ability to self-manage time & role deliverables.
- Excellent collaboration attributes and willingness to support colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant 3rd level degree e.g. Engineering, Maths, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Statistics or Data Science & Analytics would be an advantage
- Relevant operations experience, preferably in a tech related industry.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with good business savvy
- Proficient in Excel and or other data visualisation tools
- Presentation skills and program / project management experience, a distinct advantage
