e EMEA Senior Manager, Operations/Data Analytics and Automation is a member of the small cross functional People and Culture Leadership Team led by the VP, EMEA P&C Team.
Day to Day:

GDPR complianceand risk managementin collaboration with the privacy team. This includes maintaining employee files in line with retention periods, updating data mapping and recommending enhancements to current processes.
Liaison with Finance for invoice and vendor management for theP&CTeam to ensure accuracy offinancial accruals and onboarding new vendors.
HR systems management in partnership with our global HRIS team. Advocating system enhancements for our region andusing feedback and data to identify androll out new systems ensuring alignment with local processes and regulations. Maximising every opportunity to automate, gaining much needed capacity within the team without sacrificing the employee experience.
Ongoing development ofServiceNow, our digital employee portal.Thisrole will be the EMEA point of contact, participating in User Acceptance Testing, delivering of training to employees and recommending future enhancements for future releases.

Day to Day: Analytics
Data Collection and Management:Gathering data from various HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS)and ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Data Analysis:analyzing employee data toidentifytrends and patterns and using statistical methods and tools to interpret data.
Reporting and Visualization:creating dashboards and reports to present data insightsand using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to make data accessible.
Predictive Analytics;using historical data to predict future trends (e.g., turnover rates, hiring needs)and implementing predictive models to support strategic decision-making.
Process Automation:automating repetitive HR tasks (e.g., payroll processing, benefits administration)and implementing HR software solutions to streamline workflows.
Strategic Decision Support:providingdata-driven insights to support HR strategies and policiesand collaborating with HRand businessleadersto align analytics with business goals.
Qualifications:
A firstdegree in human resourcesorarelated fieldis useful but not a pre-requisite of the role.
Your knowledge, skills and abilities:
Significant experience in forming and leading HR operational teams, including the growth and engagement of high performing teams
