Job Title:Money Laundering Reporting Officer - United Kingdom

Role Description:
Leads diverse business operations/business control functions within Enterprise, LOB or ECF Compliance functions.
Functions that are managed may include: financial oversight & integration, compliance process oversight, staffing process execution, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, SPOC control, workplace management and communication
Consult with senior management to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many employees
This role assists with execution of key strategic initiatives and participates in business/strategic planning process within Enterprise, LOB or ECF Compliance functions
What we are looking for:
Extensive experience in Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud and/or Economic Sanctions
Demonstrated leadership to partner across various levels in the organization
Confident written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and work with all levels within the organization
Experience responding to Audits and/or Regulatory Examination
Must possess excellent time-management, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities
Comfortable working across a matrix organization
Identify, own and escalate data issues as needed
Must be able to engage and leverage teams and business partners to efficiently deliver business solutions
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML), Fraud and Economic Sanctions regulations
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification;
Understanding of Banking products and Financial Crimes vulnerabilities
Bachelor's Degree
