As an administrative assistant, you will be a part of a group of professionals working to meet various tax deadlines during busy season. You will be provided with an opportunity to work within a Big 4 firm for few months while forming a long-lasting relationship with EY.

Your key responsibilities

  • Client deliverables: Print iFirm forms for T1s, T4s & T5s to PDF, prepare emails to client containing copies of their tax forms, tax returns and/or financial statements, printing, scanning & collating as necessary, returning client records
  • Working papers: Filing & archiving tax working papers
  • Courier: Completing courier submission forms for elections, slips and returns that must be paper filed
  • Finalizing and rolling forward CaseWare Files
  • Reception break coverage
  • Overtime required as needed

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Aptitude to differentiate when to act independently or team with others

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Professional services firm experience
