Key job responsibilities:* Design and implement enterprise-scale identity solutions leveraging AWS IAM, IAM Identity Center, and related services
* Lead technical strategy for workforce identity architectures, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments
* Provide security expertise and support for customers implementing AI technologies, ensuring secure, compliant, and trustworthy deployments.
* Stay up to date with new and evolving AI security threats and mechanisms for defending against those threats, to continuously improve our security guidance to customers.
* Create and deliver internal/external training, workshops, and conference presentations on identity security
* Collaborate with service teams, GTM, and security specialists to capture and share technical insights
* Author identity security best practices, reference architectures, and prescriptive guidance
* Design and implement scalable programs and automation tools that amplify identity best practicesAbout the team

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field

- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience in design, implementation, support, and evaluation of security-focused tools and services
- Experience with Active Directory, or experience in software development and experience in managing and troublshooting network
- Experience writing high-quality technical content for technical audiences (e.g., engineers, developers, scientists)
- Deep technical expertise with AWS IAM (policies, permission boundaries, data perimeters, STS)
- Extensive experience with AWS IAM Identity Center and Access Analyzer
- Strong background in security architecture and AWS Well-Architected FrameworkThe base pay range for this position is listed below. Hourly pay ranges include the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select.
