Job Summary:

As a Liquidity & Accounts - PSS & Commercialization Associate within the Research & Analytics team, you will focus on market, competitor, and JP Morgan insights, providing specialized advisory to our Solutions Specialist and Commercialization teams. You will contribute to the business goals of these functions through completion of detailed financial analysis, market research, reporting, and benefits modeling.

Job responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed financial and commercial analysis to support the regional Product Solution Specialist teams with deal identification and validation
  • Collect and analyze metrics on product performance to inform decision-making.
  • Co-ordinate deal review and reporting activity including production of monthly dashboards, KPI tracking and benchmarking
  • Complete detailed research at a market, industry and client level to drive strategic direction and prioritization
  • Partner with other Research & Analytic teams to share learnings, create efficiencies and maximize impact
  • Support key strategic meetings both internally and externally through production of detailed discussion materials
  • Support creation of client pitchbook and thought leadership materials
  • Participate in planning sessions, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Drive deeper understanding of the external environment: competition, economy, regulation, client behavior
  • Actively apply knowledge of key industry trends/technological advancements (for e.g. data science/digital transformation initiatives, blockchain and other innovations in the Fintech space)
  • Provide thought leadership and deliver market expertise to drive product innovation and platform transformation initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science or related equivalent
  • Relevant experience in product management or Financial Services - Consulting / Strategy
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • High degree of initiative and proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; ability to digest complex regulations and legal documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel skills; attention to detail is critical
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level communications
