As the leader of the Device Tracking team, the Senior Quality Manager will empower the team to maintain and enhance global device tracking systems and processes to support quality goals and priorities for the Post Market Quality organization. This role is responsible for leading a large team in different geographies, and partnering with key stakeholders to establish quality methodologies, systems, and practices to meet BSC, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Recruits, coaches and develops organizational talent.
  • Fosters a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Provides direction and guidance to exempt specialists and/or supervisory staff who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments. May supervise non-exempt employees.
  • Keeps the organization's vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.
  • Demonstrates effective change leadership.
  • Builds strategic partnerships to further departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
  • Monitors device tracking compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).
  • Develops, monitors and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for department.
  • Provides appropriate level of cross-functional and customer-oriented communications regarding the status of department and quality system operation, as well as product performance.

What we're looking for in you:
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 10 years related work experience
  • Medical device quality experience, minimum of 8 years
  • People leadership experience, minimum of 5 years
  • Experience with change management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals on all levels (written and verbally)
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to collect, analyze and interpret business information
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, high sense of urgency, and commitment to execution
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau

Maximum Salary: $ 232000

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
