As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for Philips customers using the Tasy healthcare information system in Mexico. You will work closely with customers to ensure successful use and adoption of our solutions, providing strategic support and strengthening long-term relationships.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to healthcare customers using Tasy
• Lead on-site visits, system assessments and ongoing customer engagement activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service, sales and product teams
• Identify customer needs and proactively propose solutions and improvements
• Support project delivery and post-implementation success metrics
1. You have hands-on experience with the Tasy system (mandatory) (implementation, support or consulting).
2. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
3. You have a bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Healthcare or a related field.
4. Fluent Spanish (Portuguese and/or English desirable), availability to travel frequently to visit clients in different regions.
