Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
  • Conduct structured interviews that are fair, unbiased, and effective, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role/the team/the company
  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners in their work with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies, including succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion
  • Support Talent Acquisition Admin Hub with candidate outreach and offer process compliance within respective zone.

Your profile:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to dynamic environment
  • Fluent English and Arabic speaker
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Previous work experience in Talent Acquisition / HR area, preferably in a multinational environment
