Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities:
- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Conduct structured interviews that are fair, unbiased, and effective, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role/the team/the company
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners in their work with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies, including succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion
- Support Talent Acquisition Admin Hub with candidate outreach and offer process compliance within respective zone.
Your profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to dynamic environment
- Fluent English and Arabic speaker
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Previous work experience in Talent Acquisition / HR area, preferably in a multinational environment
